Kent and Curwen Terms & Conditions

You are able to correct any errors to your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit’ on the final page of the ordering process.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.  Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Payment

Credit card information is recorded at the point at which you confirm your order, with your card being authorised against the transaction. However, Kent & Curwen will not take any payment until such time as your order is confirmed as dispatched, at which point payment will be taken.

Orders & Delivery

All orders will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 72 hours of receipt, subject to availability.

Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail / Parcel Force - please allow 3-5 days for delivery in UK, 18 days abroad. The postal charge will be shown before you reach the final check out on the site.
    * Any orders received after 12.00 noon on Friday, and at any time on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday (except Bank Holidays).
    * A signature will be required to receive all deliveries [so please ensure there will be someone at the address]. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
    * We are sorry but we do not at this time accept orders for delivery to BFPO addresses.
    * Please note, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation. In the unlikely event of any item(s) ordered not being available then the value of the item(s) will be refunded back to the credit/debit card and you will be advised by e-mail.
    * We recommend you print a copy of your order for your records.
    * All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

Returns

    * Should you not be satisfied with your purchase in any way, it's OK to change your mind. We are pleased to offer a refund on any unworn or unused stock item, returned in its original packaging and original condition. The item(s) must be sent back within 14 working days of receipt.
    * You are advised to obtain proof of posting for your returns.
    * On receipt of returned items, refund of the purchase price of the item(s) will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for the original order. You will be advised by e-mail when the credit has been processed. This will usually be within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
    * Items ordered online cannot be returned or refunded at any of our retail outlets.
    * Your statutory rights are not affected; these mean goods supplied will be of proper quality, as described and suitable for the purpose intended.


Replacement Conditions
 
# Should you not be satisfied with your purchase in any way we are pleased to offer a replacement or exchange on any unworn or unused stock item. Please return the item(s) in its original packaging and original condition. The item(s) must be sent back within 14 working days of receipt.

 
Cancellation Conditions

 
# If you wish to cancel any order you can do so at any time by emailing info@kentandcurwen.co.uk with the details of the order you wish to cancel. Alternatively you can contact us by phone on +(0)207 493 3188. We will contact you in due course to confirm cancellation of the order.

Data Protection


If you have given us permission to send you information about our products and services by telephone, e-mail or in writing, you agree that by doing so Kent & Curwen are not in breach of the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999 or the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) Code of Practice. Information about you will be used to verify your identity and for credit assessment.

We may also use your information for payment recovery or fraud and debt tracing. We will pass on details of defaulting accounts to debt collection agencies.

Who does Kent & Curwen disclose the information it collects about me to?

We do not disclose or sell information about you to any other company or agency.

Contacting Customer Support by Phone

As part of our efforts to make further improvements to the service we provide to our customers, telephone calls to and from our customer services department may be recorded or monitored and used for training purposes. To protect the operation of our computer systems we monitor incoming and out going email.

Keeping in touch with you

We want to keep you up to date with information about new ranges, special offers and improvements to this site.

If you decide you do not want us to contact you, you can request that we stop using your information and that we stop mailing information to you by opting out of your membership.
